What Is Gout?
Gout is caused by the build-up of uric acid in the joints, particularly of the hands and feet. The swelling puts pressure on and causes enlargement of the area, which can lead to extreme pain.
Homeopathic remedies will help reduce the swelling and inflammation and allow for healing of the joints. Homeopathic remedies reduce the swelling and aid in the digestion of the proteins, which cause the uric acid build-up.
Tips For Gout
Avoid the foods that contain these uric acid causing conditions is advised. Red meat, poultry and fish are the main sources.
Avoid all alcohol.
Drink plenty of water also helps remove the uric acid from the blood.
